[iam-dev] [VOTE] Release 0.9.0 in Q4E

I have prepared a release candidate of 0.9.0 at the old Q4E site (due
to the IP process we can't release at Eclipse yet)

If it has no major bugs I'd like to release it as 0.9.0. Please test
and provide feedback.
