[iam-dev] Q4E code has been committed at IAM

Finally, the code has been approved for Eclipse!

Now, what are the next steps?

- Rename all plugins/features and packages to org.eclipse.iam.*
- Add features for 3rd party code as they were in Q4E (haven't been
through the ip process but they have to be redone anyway for the new
namespaces)
  Note that for any 3rd party code besides being approved it needs to
have about/license files as explained in
http://www.eclipse.org/legal/epl/about.php
- Make sure everything works fine!

By the end only the embedder should be at Q4E
