general 3.2 status
All commiters feel we have done proper
testing and fixing for i1 and are moving to i2 design this week.
Eugene is the only one that feels he
needs to defer some i2 targeted defects for 3.3. All other feature and
defect work is expected to be contained even though i2 is short.

All commiters were asked to ensure that
all enhancements for i2 and targeted 3.3/4.0 have the one page description
page filled in this week. All commiters agreed this would be done this
week. As soon as the planning team has updated Bugzilla with the current
targeting, mail will be sent to all enhancement owners to remind them of
this need in order to move forward.

The effort to use Hyades to manage the
testing of Hyades has been insightful, A report of results will be posted
on the web site shortly. There are a set of new requirements coming out
of this effort that will improve the resource management in Hyades and
Paul will be asked to post the best practices asap. This is proving very
quickly the need to link execution histories and defects ;-)
