Hello all,

 

I take the first stab at creating the formal requirements document

for HCE. It is intended to be a starting point for discussion

and further refinement to specifics during the project lifecycle.

 

But for now it mainly serves the purpose

to make a decision on the adoption strategy

of the coming changes to the HCE.

 

I like Hyades management and the architecture team (such as Harm, Michael or Richard) to comment on the decision tree in the attached document

and provide us guidance and direction on how to proceed to the next steps.
