2) Minutes and matters arising
No minutes of previous meetings were tabled, although discussion of
previous unminuted meetings ocurred and is minuted here where
appropriate.
Mike will circulate new standing agenda and try and ensure re-energised
participation.
Melanie will attend as minute-taker to ensure prompt distribution of
minutes.

3) PMC and Eclipse interaction
Extensive discussion confirming role of Intel at PMC level.
Tyler to provide first draft of new PMC charter for discussion initially

with Mike, then with the rest of the group. Discussion of the value of
the Planning and Architecture groups to support the PMC planing/scoping
processes, and putting this on a formal footing within the new PMC
structure.
Agreement that discussions around any Hyades restructuring inside the
PMC would take place at next face to face. Harm urged us not to let it
slip into next year.
Discussion of an additional possible project at PMC level, led by Intel,

to define certification tests using Hyades models. General support.

4) Operation of the current plan
V3.0 feedback generally positive
Discussion of lack of visibility of some activities, notably in the UI,
on hyades-dev. Mike to email to hyades-dev to try and ensure more
visibility of intra-project interactions.

5) Technical forward plan
Intel/IBM interaction on additional RAC and Agent API features.
Feedback anticipated on hyades-dev within 7 days.
Choreography group kick-off. Some weaknesses in understanding within
Hyades as a whole. Mike to confirm with members of this group that they
had agreed to its formation (unminuted meeting held 08/03 with Serge,
Mike and Gian Franco. Separate discussions with Harm). Intel to be
brought up to speed by 29/03. No requirement to fork the stream for a
post-3.0 driver until this process was complete. Intermediate
distributions by email/ftp from Scapa to interested parties (Gian
Franco) in meanwhile.

6) Internal and external communication
Mike to raise with Steve Lauzon the status of the Hyades Outreach
project initially started before EclipseCon

7) AOB
