[hudson-dev] Two more CQs approved for Hudson 3.0

Both  xpath-service-1.0.0.jar and stringtemplate-3.2.1.jar are now approved. Just 5 to go.

As per the discussions in the community meeting yesterday a set of diffs over the already approved libs for the Hudson Forked libraries would be a big help:

• Commons Jelly - Jenkins Fork Version: 1.1 --> commons-jelly-1.1-hudson-20120704.jar
• commons-jelly-tags-xml Version: 1.1 --> commons-jelly-tags-xml-1.1-hudson-20120704.jar
• commons-jelly-tags-define Hudson Version: 1.0.1 (20071021) --> commons-jelly-tags-define-1.0.1-hudson-20120704.jar
