[higgins-dev] Vote for Committer status for Vitaliy has started

technology.higgins Committers,
This automatically generated message signals that Paul Trevithick has
nominated Vitaliy as a Committer on the technology.higgins project. The
reason given is as follows:

Vitaliy Lakhno has been working on the Higgins project since 2007. During
that time he has been a frequent contributor of code to the following parts
of our work on 1.1:

* org.eclipse.higgins.hbx.ie
* org.eclipse.higgins.hss - HSS (Win, OS X, Linux)

* org.eclipse.higgins.hss.manager

* org.eclipse.higgins.hss.launcher - a system service which runs TCP Server
(Win and OS X)

Vitaliy is strong contributor to Higgins, and a great addition.

My vote +1

--Paul

Some background: Vitaliy graduated from the Dniepropetrovsk 'National
Mining University', 'Faculty of Information Technologies' and hold
specialist degree in "Computer Systems and Networks" in 2007. He has been
working with C++, C#, SQL for 3 years.

The vote is being held via the MyFoundation portal: voters *must* use the
portal for the votes to be properly recorded. The voting will continue
until either all 20 existing Committers have voted or until they have been
given enough time to vote, even if they do not do so (defined as at least
one week). Vitaliy must receive at least three +1s and no -1s for a
successful election.

Eligible Committers must cast their votes through their My Foundation
portal page (do NOT just reply to this email; your vote will not be
correctly recorded unless you use the portal):

the part of the candidate take more time than allowed, a new election will
have to be held.
