Vanessa,

Go to the components page [1] and search for those jars (just remove the.jar first from your search string). You’ll see that there’s a table row [2] for the  org.eclipse.higgins.util.idas.cp component. Clicking on the viewsvn link brings you to:
http://dev.eclipse.org/viewsvn/index.cgi/trunk/plugins/org.eclipse.higgins.util.idas.cp/?root=Technology_HIGGINS
