[higgins-dev] files deleted from org.eclipse.higgins.idas.cp.xmlfile

Hi

The last commit in org.eclipse.higgins.idas.cp.xmlfile deleted all files 
in src/, but it looks like a mistake - the log message says that files 
were removed from bin/. My guess is that the .svn dirs were copied into 
the build dir by mistake so that it looked like they were committed in 
two places.
