[higgins-dev] Build Emails (and the size thereof)

I have not seen any build fail/success messages since Saturday.
I am not sure whether that means the build process isn't happening - or 
whether my email server has stopped allowing the eclipse server to send a 
flood of very large messages.
I suggest we alter the process to send a link to the build log file rather 
than the entire file.
