I created a local build.xml file using higgins2ant. When I compared my file to the latest HEAD version, I noticed that mine used the "build" path, while the checked-in version uses "build/bin". Did I get the wrong version of higgins2ant? (I got higgins2ant_0.8.0.tar, version 1.3, from CVS.)
