[higgins-dev] contextRef URI's

Once the Novell contributed CPs are converted over to use the Higgins configuration, the only portion of the contextRef URI that will be looked at is the query portion with the "id=".  The "id=" will be used to look up the context configuration section.  In essence, that's what is done in the CPs today but the path portion is also used to locate the Realms file.

I don't know how Markus' work might effect the specification of this URI but I'm wondering if now is a good time to revisit this parameter.  I'm now wondering if it could just be a string that is looked up in the configuration rather than something that is fully resolvable in itself?
