[higgins-dev] Friendly reminder to component owners [action required]

As one of the agenda items for this Thursday's dev call, we will review the
Milestone 0.8 goals (http://wiki.eclipse.org/index.php/Milestone_0.8) 

So....if you're a component owner, make sure that *before* the call you've
at least added a few bullets under your component's section on the above
wiki page.
