I agree that there may be some Good Things here that may help us, but I'm not sure yet how it works yet. I need time with the lawyers, but I expect they're a little busy... I'll let you know.

How much does Microsoft's new pledge "not to assert its patent rights over any of its technology that may be blended with Suse Linux" help with our short term interoperability IP issues?
