[higgins-dev] SVN Commit: IdASException

Added IdASException and added throws IdASException statement to all IdAS methods.

 

BTW, is there a higgins-commit mailing list which gets auto-posted to whenever a commit happens? Should I continue to send messages similar to this to higgins-dev when I do commits?
