What do you mean by this exactly? The Henshin rules I have work on UML 
models, extended by UML profiles.

Maybe the problem is the UML profile? The profile and the Henshin 
modules are stored in two different subdirectiories, for example.
So is it possible that using the URI to reference the .henshin file is 
not sufficient to find the UML profile also?
