    Hi Matthias,
    
    I wrote a wrapper which translates UML activity diagrams into
    Henshin rules.
    
    And now I am writing unit tests for that and wanted to compare the
    resulting wrapped modules with the ones generated by hand.

You should be able to use the normal EMF compare also with henshin models (.henshin files). But i am wondering what specific use case you have in mind and what you want to achieve with the compare?
