[henshin-dev] New plug-in for import/export of Henshin transformations

Hi,

I would like to start setting up a plug-in which provides import/export 
for Henshin models. Currently, I'm thinking about import/export from/to 
AGG and GROOVE. How should we name the plug-in, "...henshin.converters" 
? Is there already any existing code we can used for that? It should be 
mainly GXL processing, I guess...
