[gmf-dev] Can not view .ecore_diagram in editor but see in outline

I am trying GMF tutorial 1. After install all plugins and load mindmap.ecore, I tried to "initialize ecore_diagram diagram file" to the mindmap.ecore file. After the mindmap.ecore_diagram file generated, I saw an diagram in the outline tab, but not in the ecore editor tab. The diagram seems to be there in the editor but just not visible to me. I can do arrange all and other actions in the menu, but not seeing the diagram. Anyone knows why?
