[gemini-dev] OSGi CT

Hi Wayne,

Some of the Gemini subprojects committers were wondering what the status 
of the licencing of OSGi Alliance CT was. Are they allowed to check them 
into SVN/Git (assume not). Can they run them? If so then what version? 
What are the terms?
