[gef-dev] Removal of old branches and tags

Hi all,

while cleaning up for the Mars release, I noticed that the branches "zest.core.refactoring" and "zest.fx.refactoring" are still in the repository. These were used while resolving Bugzilla #372365 (https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=372365), and should have been removed when resolving that ticket. Therefore, I removed them now.

Similarly, I removed the "replica" tag, which was pointing to the last commit where GEF4 contained the SWTFX component (implementing JavaFX functionality on top of SWT).
