Hi Everyone,

  I've had a couple of reports of missing data(commits) in the 
Technology repository.  I've flagged the repo as read only while I 
investigate and have our ISP dump saturdays tape so I can compare the 
data.  It remains possible that there might be some data missing due to 
the time between when the archive was created and when the move started.
