[examples-dev] Examples project plan

I've started the 0.2 plan [1] and would like your feedback.

At this point, I intend to pull in the TicTacToe and Slideshow 
contributions. The bugzilla entries for these examples don't show up 
yet, but--once we have agreement that we're going to pull them in and 
approval--I'll create bugzilla components and their inclusion will be 
committed into 0.2M1.
