Kim,

What I was attempting to say is that others are better qualified than me
to judge if updates to the document are necessary. I did not mean to
imply that updating this document was your responsibility.

Because this document is such a key resource, I would suggest the Europa
Build project add a task to review and then identify resources to update
document so that it is in concert with Europa Build Workshop
Report deliverables.
