- The php package has not had a report back that they work in more than a couple of release cycles. It is known to not work and I will raise with the planning council what to do with it, but removing it may be needed. See https://github.com/eclipse/pdt/issues/122

I have been following the steps on https://hackmd.io/@jonahgraham/eclipse-epp-release-process - you can see the checkmarks as to what is done.
