What a time for a new error to creep in:

I am rebuilding - again. As this hasn't been made visible yet I am just going to rebuild rather than upping to M3b

Nitin, can you test one of the other ones so that I know that the splash screen issue is properly resolved? "Only" JEE, Scout and RCP are corrupt AFAICT.

I have copied the notarization script from Eclipse Platform's build scripts - I will check what I need to do to make sure it fails the build (as it does for many other error conditions). But honestly, macOS notarization takes up a disproportionate amount of my time when doing EPP builds. AFAICT The Eclipse installer has not had its catalog updated for M3 yet, so I assume we have no conflict here and that it will be updated to M3a sooner or later. I base this on the oomph log not having a regenerate catalog commit for M3 https://git.eclipse.org/r/plugins/gitiles/oomph/org.eclipse.oomph/+log - therefore once I hear back about the launching working I will do the final promotion step (by running https://ci.eclipse.org/packaging/job/epp-makeVisible/)

macOS Notarization for Parallel cannot complete because part of org.eclipse.ptp and org.eclipse.remote contain not fully signed binary parts - bug 575655 has been raised.

I have been following the steps on https://hackmd.io/@jonahgraham/eclipse-epp-release-process - you can see the checkmarks as to what is done.

Please consider waiting until a mirror closer to you has had time to replicate the file, to make this easier I added a _mirrors.php file in the release directory so you don't have to hunt for links to the mirror finder.
