A committer election for Leif Geiger on project Eclipse Packaging Project
(technology.packaging) was started by Jonah Graham with this criteria:

Leif (via Frederic) on the mailing
https://www.eclipse.org/lists/epp-dev/msg06263.html has put himself forward
to lead the EPP Java package.

Under the EPP committer policy
(https://wiki.eclipse.org/EPP/EPP_Committer_and_Maintainer_Policy) I would
like to nominate Leif to be a committer on EPP to carry out his maintenance
of the EPP Java Package.
