Dear package maintainers,

this week it is about the final build for Neon.1 which we call RC4... the packages that will be released next week are ready for testing:

Upgrades can be tested by adding

  http://download.eclipse.org/technology/epp/packages/neon/SR1-RC4
  http://download.eclipse.org/staging/neon/

to the list of active p2 repositories.
