[epp-dev] How is the update schedule chosen for automatic updates (enabled by default now)?

Hi all,

when testing the Neon M2 EPP packages, I noticed that Eclipse now
Automatic Updates enabled in the preferences. However, I wonder how the
update schedule is chosen. If everyone hits the foundation's servers at
Tuesday, 10:00 AM (the value it uses on all my Neon M2 installs), we
should see some traffic spikes (even though 10:00 AM probably refers to
local time, not UTC). Is this intended?
