Re: [epp-dev] Luna M3 packages

FWIW, I never had to jump through any hoops, there was a problem running
4.3.0 without Apple JDK, but 4.3.1 and 4.4 builds just work for me using
recent versions of Oracle Java 7.

The bug not only documents how our Info.plist was incorrect (only for
"platform binary distribution") but also all the various hoops users had
to jump through to get things to work with the Mac, at various levels of
OSX and Java.

Interesting times ...

I am on OSX 10.9 and don't have any problems starting Eclipse. My normal
IDE is based on 4.4M3 "SDK" but I just tried 4.3.1 "Standard" and it
started without any problems too.

There is a minor problem with OSX asking to install java when you
double-click on Eclipse icon in Finder, but I don't believe this
is specific to Eclipse and everything works just fine if I run the same
executable from command line (like I always do anyways).
