Re: [epp-dev] EPP Juno RC4 build

Markus,

Doing some checking of the mobile details page. I believe some small
changes need to go into mobile.xml.

1. In packageMetaData, set maintainer="Eclipse Packaging Project"
2. Need to update the link to the platform new and noteworthy. This
seems to be a problem in other packages, such as Java
3. Change the link for the Egit New and Noteworthy to remove the ".0"
at the end of the link. While the link works, the page it goes to has
a redirect link.
