[epp-dev] Posted Patch for Unification of CPP and Linux Tools Packages

I have created bug: https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=374317 
which proposes a patch so that the Linux Tools package contents are 
added to the CPP Package contents for the two platforms that are 
supported (Linux, gtk, x86, x86_64) instead of creating it's own 
separate package.

The bug contains a link to a github fork of the master branch I made, 
containing the fix.

If there are any comments, please add them to the bug.

I am hoping this can get committed for Juno M6.
