I've taken a run at the plan for the next release.

I've added:

64-bit Windows
A handful of packages
The Marketplace Client

I've also marked off the UDC bugs that I intend to complete in time for 
the release.

Let me know what needs to change.

FWIW, we need to have this done ASAP as a snapshot will be taken soon 
for the roadmap.
