Hi package maintainers,

I did some updates of all package definitions:

- Every package has now version 1.2.0 - see bug 276590
- Name of the application inside the package... see bug 275817 - now set to "Eclipse"



- epl-v10.html added to *every* feature
- license.html added from http://www.eclipse.org/legal/epl/notice.html to features  (except JEE)
- feature.properties with license info added, externalized from feature.xml

- about.html added to all branding plugins
