I am watching the new packages building and did a first sanity check on the CPP, Java, and JEE packages and can confirm that this problem is fixed with your workaround.

The recent problem with the EPP products having too many dependencies has been fixed. If you're interested in the details behind it all you can look at https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=276862. Buckminster now contains a workaround for that problem.

I uploaded and installed a new version to the buckminster/headless-3.5 site so a new run should pick it up automatically.
