[epp-dev] branding feature

I noticed on the following bug that the branding icon for Mylyn is missing in the Eclipse About dialog of the EPP packages:

226986: ganymede java package nits

When I run "eclipse -clean" the branding icon shows up and the Mylyn features are displayed in the Feature Details. Is there something that we need to change in the Mylyn features or should the EPP clean the configuration as part of the build process?
