Yes, we added content listing tool, it's 
org.eclipse.epp.sfx.builder.XSEArchiveViewer class in 
org.eclipse.epp.sfx.tools project.
To view content of an archive simply pass it's path as argument, like this:
java XSEArchiveViewer path-to-your-archive-or-sfx-module-here
