I just want to say that the OpenUP Portuguese translation was made with the valuable help of friends:

I believe this is a milestone for Brazilian, and other Portuguese speakers, software engineering and software process engineering professionals.

memory translation tool - OmegaT. The use of this tool will allow an ease
maintenance of the translated content, and the HTML files will help on the
import process to EPF-composer.  
- Translation and review of the new and changed contents of OpenUP (version
1.0). This translation has been completed. OpenUP V 1.0 library, except
base concepts, has a total of 334 files. See

until either all 28 existing Committers have voted or until they have been
given enough time to vote, even if they do not do so (defined as at least
one week). Paulo Moreira must receive at least three +1s and no -1s for a
successful election.
