Subject
[epf-dev] Iteration assessment and planning - Action items for        practice owners

Hi everyone,

We will have an iteration assessment (M3) and planning for next iteration (M4) this Wednesday at 8:00AM PDT.

Highlights of current status:

- M2:
one item marked as resolved - needs to be closed

- M3
3 items marked as verified - need to be closed

10 items marked as resolved - need to be verified and closed

6 items marked as assigned - can they be resolved, verified and closed before the iteration assessment, or should they be postponed for M4? What is the impact to the release?

Also important, a query in Bugzilla (such as the one below) shows that not all work items have been appropriately assigned to target milestone '1.5 Mx'.
This critical triage will help us better measure project status and plan for the release.

I kindly request that practice owners please triage those bugs, and try to verify and close bugs assigned to M3 iteration.

Also, please bring to the whole group attention any impediment or lack of resources you may be facing to close the items planned for this release.
