Re: [epf-dev] Is it time for the next EPF face-to-face meeting?

I think this is a great idea from Steve.  This will save on T&L which will be appreciated by those on the fence about attending.  Also being co-located for an entire week may provide opportunities for further meetings and even some content work.

My $0.02.

During the EPF content call today, people mentioned that a face-to-face meeting needs to happen in July to help accelerate and wrap up things for this release and plan for the next (create a long term vision).
It was suggested that the meeting would happen in conjunction with the Agile 2008 conference in Toronto, August 4 - 8.

After the conference would be better, so we can invite people from the conference to join the meeting if they are around. However, it becomes too close to the EPF 1.5 release date (Aug 22).

Committers and practice leads, are you available in that time-frame for a F2F meeting?
After or before the conference?
For how long? (2 days?)
Alternatives: July in the West coast (e.g. San Jose, California)?

Cheers,

Ricardo.
