[epf-dev] Colorcoding and shortcuts for OpenUP (RU, PT), scrum, XP on ep

Hi,

I have colorcoded OpenUP RU and OpenUP PT by changing the page title background colour so that it is easier to distinguish them from each other (and prevent using the wrong page for translation). See for instance the three versions of the introduction page:
