Status for M7:

Per to update status on bugs 163863 and 165974
Jim to verifiy and  close bugs 163868, 163875 and 163874
Ana to verify and close  163873
Ricardo to close 170802, 170799

Ana to close the deployment bugs since content is be be moved to the 
guideline on deployment to be created in M8 (bug 184608)

M8:
Brian to breakdown bug 163866 into smaller bugs

It was agreed to add guideline on deployment to openup/basic (bug 
184608)... this guideline will be part of configuration and change 
management discipline... this guideline will be linked to a new task 
"create build" to be created instead of current step "create a build" on 
task "implementsolution"... package where to store this task (intent, 
management or solution)...to be decided later

It was agreed to remove the artifact status assessment (bug 184474)

There are many bugs in M8 that add  new content to openup/basic... Ana 
to try to have them resolved until the NY F2F meeting
