RE: [epf-dev] Scheduled call to respond to review of RequirementsDiscipline

Hi Folks,

I have created templates (Excel spreadsheets) to capture review comments for the following three bugs related to RM Roles, Tasks and Work Products:

The following note is attached to these bugs, in an attempt to simplify the collection and merging of comments.

The attached Excel spreadsheet contains the comments submitted by Jim as well
as my comments.  Please review this prior to our call on Nov. 20th and add a
column with your comments.  I propose you add a comment to the bugzilla entry
stating you are reviewing (crude "check-out"), then once you have uploaded the
updated spreadsheet with your comments add a comment that you are done.  This
will simplify merging of comments.  Given the large number of comments received
for the RM discipline, I propose we concentrate on the Roles, Tasks and Work
Products during the review on Monday, November 20th.
Please review and add your comments prior to the meeting.  I will create similar templates for the Concepts, Guidelines, Checklists and Templates.

Cheers,
Chris

Subject: [epf-dev] Scheduled call to respond to review of RequirementsDiscipline

hiho,

Jim Ruehlin did a deep review of the requirements discipline in OpenUP/Basic 0.9.

At 8am PST on Monday, November 20 we will have a one-hour conference call to discuss his review findings and come up with a plan for what it will take to get the process content in this discipline to a state appropriate for the 1.0 release.  The logistics of the call are:

Toll Free: 800-453-7958

International: 719-955-6100

Passcode:776884

Jim will be on the call as will Chris Sibbald, the committer responsible for managing that package of content.  All committers, contributors, and interested parties are invited.

Jim has created a number of bugs based on his review and attached documents to the bugs with explanation.  For more information see:
