Title: PM conf call

I've scheduled the next PM conf call for 10am PST this Friday 7/14. I've set this up as a recurring weekly item until the end of September so we have a slot reserved for this each week. The objectives of this upcoming meeting will be to 1) review and accept the results of the voting on element names, 2) review PM dev items and first-pass points estimate and iteration allocation, and 3) discuss R1.0 release scope and M5 iteration scope, available resources, and tasks.
