[egit-dev] 3.0 supported platforms, implementation of import feature mov

Following [1] EGit 3.0 will support the last two Eclipse releases Juno and Kepler and no longer support Indigo. 

Hence we were able to remove the egit import feature and integrate its

implementation [2] into the egit ui bundle which so far lived in a separate

feature since it depends on a method in team API which was introduced 

in Juno.

A p2.inf file was added to the egit ui bundle declaring that it provides the import

feature in order to ensure that upgrades from previous versions are possible.
