Re: [egit-dev] 2.4 project plan
The two changes I submitted to gerrit are both fixing a bug (393294 [1] and 403363 [2]), and I am currently working on fixing two others: 398982 [3] for which I have a patch to finalize and 354474 [4] along with its dependency tree. I believe this counts as "killing some bugs" :).

I should be able to help on triaging/fixing/reproducing (maybe reviewing?) the bugs and changes related to comparison and synchronization, as well as the related "integration with Platform Team" aspects. Other parts of EGit (and JGit) are quite foreign to me :s.

Yes, we really need to get this list down.

How about meeting up in IRC [1] and try a bug triaging/squashing
"party"? That could speed up situations where we have to make decisions
or need more than one person looking into a bug.

We could create #eclipse-git or #egit, find a date that fits
everyone and see how it goes. What do others think?
