[egit-dev] git hook support?

Hi,

I'm here at FOSDEM and a user just swung by the booth to ask us about
support for running git hooks.  He said he was having issues where the
hooks weren't being run upon his commit.  Sorry for the mail instead of
looking through bugzilla (the user said he had and that there were some
open bugs).

Are there known issues and/or planned features in this area?
