[egit-dev] compare with result view

Hi all, the latest nightly builds create a new top level window whenyou select the 'Compare with->HEAD Revision' menu. It used to createa new editor. The new behaviour is a regression since the top-levelwindow is disruptive to a standard multi editor workspace. It alsomeans standard functions like search and editing are no longeravailable.


Can we revert to the old behaviour?
