[egit-dev] Staging a resource

Hi eGit developers,

I used to make much use of the "Add" toolbar button in eGit to stage a
new or changed resource into the index. In recent builds this button
has disappeared, and it now looks like I have to right click and
select "Add" from the second level context menu, which is much less
convenient. It's also not possible to map this action to a keystroke.

Can somebody explain why this has been done? Is there some other more
convenient way to stage resources?
