[egit-dev] The road towards 0.8.0

I would like to get an RC1 for 0.8.0 on Friday so we have some time to test it.

Ideally I would like to get these items in that focus around merge support:

I would also get an initial implementation of the synchronization view
in but I don't think we'll have enough time.

Anyone have other major things they want in before we stop coding for
0.8.0 at the end of next week?
